Very cool little car. Very solid for the most part. Good frame, body, trunk floor, doors and more. The driver side front floor has some upper front soft spots with a hole but still mostly there. The rest of the car is very solid and good still, especially the frame. The doors and trunk open/shut great, tight & solid with no issues. Everything appears to be original (numbers matching) to the car and never altered in any way. It’s an original and unmolested car. This is a complete car and everything is still there and/or on it.

This car did run and it ran/drove fairly recently too. It was parked about two months ago with the intentions to restore it. We decided to sell due to lack of time and some things have changed for us. We really like this car and we always wanted a TR6 but unfortunately, it’ll be years before we can settle down and spend time with it. We decided to sell it and if it doesn’t sell right, we’ll happily tuck it away and get to it eventually.

As you can see in the pictures, it will need to be restored.

The last time it was driven, there was a minor accident where the car sustained front area damage causing hood, fender, headlights and grill damage. This damage isn’t too bad but will need to be addressed during restoration. The hood still opens okay and the headlight buckets seem fine too.

The seats and the convertible top materials are shot and will need new materials. We removed most of the convertible top fabric because it was torn up pretty good anyways. The metal frame for the top is decent to use again and the inner seat frames are fine. The dash saw better days and can use refreshing too but is complete with all gauges too. All glass is good.

The exterior metal/body is rock solid and in great shape rust free.

The trim and chrome are still good to use and the wheels are in good shape too, including the full size spare. The tires hold air good and it rolls nicely. The rear quarters still wear the original TR6 decals.

This car is a goodsolidbeginning point for a restoration and should be brought back to its glory instead of parting it out. It’s way too nice to part out.

I am not a British car pro, so I’ll try to answer questions/concerns the best I can for people. I will walk the car by phone live, take & send more pics and/or send video too. I will do the best I can to help out and to explain the car further to you.

We have this car stored in our heated garage on carpet and don’t have the heart to store it outside. I have some recent vintage/classic Triumph publications (mailed from the UK) I will include with the car too if the buyer would like them.
