1961 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon Description

Mostly complete and very original 1961 Single Cab. The body has rust down low most all the way around. Will need new front floor board, treasure chest floor and bed floor. The frame is straight and solid. Has all three side gates, treasure chest doors and engine lid. Has original transaxle and 1200 engine. Engine is not locked up.
Comes with an extra steering column, box and steering wheel, extra Bus transaxle, rear bumper and two Bus front doors.
Also includes over $1500 in new mechanical parts to get it running including: new 670/15 tires from Coker Tire, new Bosch 12volt generator and conversion kit, new Petronix Ignitor ignition and plug wires, new Bosch distributor cap and rotor button, new "big bore" piston/jugs/rings kit, new wheel cylinders, new brake shoes, new master cylinder, new carburetor rebuild kit, new carburetor spacer, NOS 40hp bus muffler, new front turn signal lenses.
