wondering if we are real or not.
FEEDBACK !!! if you cant take 10 min to read thru our feedback
on the cars we have sold here over the last 10 yrs, then you also
shouldnt be bidding on our auctions. Ebay offers our Feedback rating
for a reason,... try trusting it.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION:
this is a totally rust free AZ survivor thats been a daily driver off
and on for the last 20 yrs. Original paint / no signs of any accidents
or previous repairs / runs and drives great / motor was recently
gone thru by a local VW Specialist shop here in Tucson.
Paint isnt too bad, if it was detailed and buffed it would come back
nicely I think. Interior is original and aged, but looks complete.
NEW Tires and front brakes too.

READ MORE DETAILS BELOW

DONT BID UNLESS YOU HAVE THE FUNDS IN HAND, apparently some people
who use ebay arent smart enough to understand the rules.
So if you have under 10 feedbacks, Ill be emailing you if you bid to
make sure you are legit, if we do please reply or we will cancel your bid.
Up for Auction: LOW FAIR RESERVE !!!
These buses are getting harder to find esp in this condition
that are still affordable to most buyers.

DRIVETRAIN: the motor was just gone thru due to having a
dropped valve. A local VW specialty shop thats been here over
30 yrs did all the work. New: heads, pistons bearings and more.
Its the original 2000 motor, with about 100 miles on it.
Same for the clutch, its a SACHS unit and was done when the
motor was out a few months ago. Starts runs, shifts and drives
great. New front brakes too and brand new set of tires too.

INTERIOR: Az has been hard on the inside and its not restored
yet. Looks very complete and presentable for a driver, but will need
to be gone thru over time. NO rust on the floorboards etc being an
AZ bus. POP TOP opens but needs new latches. It needs a little
Cleaning too, but may try to get it detailed some before it ships out
if it sells.

EXTERIOR: body is in pretty amazing shape as is the original
Marigold yellow paint. I think most of the paint could buff out too
saving it, remember they are only original once. Knowing the paint
is original, means we know that there is no bondo or rust hiding in
places like most 40 yr old buses.
The chrome and stainless are in really nice shape, no pitting of course.
Being an AZ car, you wont find any rot on this car anywhere, even surface
rust is surface at best. Check out the pics UNDER the bus, its the
best way to buy a bus this old.
Tucson is a desert climate with little to no rain and less humidity.
THIS IS NOT A RESTORED bus, but a Survivor of sorts and was on the
road to a mild restoration and still be a driver.

Im probably forgetting some stuff, so if you have any questions email me for a prompt
reply !

SUSPENSION:basically all stock, Im sure its had some repairs and work done to
it over the yrs, but Ive driven it around some. Rides and drives well again for its age.
Shocks dont feel bad and the front end
feels tight. It may need some front end bushings, but cant say 100% or not.
Its not a restored car but its been well kept. Brakes again just done up
front.

Check out ALL the pics below ----->

it may take a full minute for them all to load ifyou have a
slow connection, so be patient AND looks for the extra scroll
bar on the right side.
Az gets maybe 12" a yr of rain and Az very dry climate.
more infoAFTER the pics etc. There are 100 large pics.

There you have it, probably The BEST represented V dubs on Ebay.

Shows you all the good as well as any bad, hope you appreciate them.
We put a lot of time and effort in marketing our cars and it shows.
People wait months for a car this solid to come up for sale
and even if you have to pay shipping to your area, it still beats
paying a body shop to hopefully fix a rusty car for weeks on end.
Having as much as the original steel on a restored car these days
speaks volumes.
People are flipping cars all the time when most of the jobs are
fast, for a quick buck and quality suffers. No worries here, and
we post legit large pics to prove it.

Email us with ANY questions before you bid please

Our Impeccable FEEDBACK speaks for itself. We show you as
much feasibly possible via pics.
Dont let auctions withlittle to no pics try to fool you.
If they cant take the time to take pics of areas under the car they
are selling, maybe its not the best car to buy long distance.
With other auctions, you really dont know what to expect
until you take the car apart. While we go over our cars ALL OVER
with great pics to help making your decision easier.
Along with ANY other questions you may have.
Email me for a quote for shipping.
