1982 Volkswagen Other Pick up Description

I picked this up intending to restore it but bought a Miata so I need to sell this. This is a Cailfornia car. No rust. Engine is strong and runs fine. 4 speed transmission shift fine. I believe this is the original drivetrain but will double check and edit. All new front suspension bushings, ball joints lower a arms, new brakes all around. Lowered with coilover sin the front and lowering plates in the back. All can be undone if desired. The body is in really good condition. Ithe original tailgate wouldn't open so I had to cut two holes on the inside to release the latch. I have the original tailgate. New windshield and back glass wi new rubber on both. This is the original paint that is faded. The previous owner had a camper shell and when he removed it it left holes on top of the bed so I had those holes welded and there is a skim coat of bonds that I haven't had time to fully sand down and paint. I took the carpet out to check floors and these are solid floors. Located in the Los Angeles area. The car will also be listed in the local classified and may sell before the auction ends. Low reserve to sell fast.

The car has new rotors up front, new calipers and new pads. The rear brakes are also new. The interior needs to be redone. They are the original seats but need to be reupholstered. I have new seat track bushings that I haven't installed yet and new front brake rubber hoses that also need to be installed.
