Some cabinet repairs required, comes with complete stove, sink with hot water heater and transfer switch, condition unknown. All drapes, new professional tint, Mercedes rims,no radio, drives well, good clutch, transfer when oil light and buzzer parked. No Air. Very Little rust. Great restoration potential,
