1956 Volkswagen Beetle - Classic Description

Up for sale is an early 1956 Oval window rag top beetle. Originally black. West coast car and very solid considering it’s age and being an original rag top. Pretty complete car, early ribbed fuel tank still in place, missing deck lid, tails and engine. I may have some tails that can go with the car. Original tube front fenders. Rears have been replaced over the years. Channels have some rust coming through along the bottom but overall nice shape. Some rust in the front of the drivers channel near the firewall. Floors will need work. I have front and rear seats for the car. Rear drivers torsion tube has a crack in it. Numbers matching pan and body. Rag top assembly is complete and functions. Clean and clear title in hand. Willing to deliver within a reasonable distance, will ship, overseas buyers welcome. Rolls and steers as should. Asking $4500 obo!
