1967 Volkswagen Logo'd Single Cab with Dual Treasure Chests
1967 Volkswagen Bus/Vanagon Description
This beauty has been my work truck for the last couple of years. I drive it nearly daily and it runs (and stops) like a champ. The doors have the original owner's logos on them and are left original. Other parts of the body have had touch-ups over the years. Since I've owned it, all seals have been replaced, door panels added, 1 new windshield replaced, engine has been tuned, mirrors replaced, bed liner added and color matched to truck, wood slats added in bed... I've left as much patina as possible for this cool ride. It has a cool story to tell from its different owners over the years. Luckily it hasn't been restore. Instead, it has the perfect mix of shine and mojo. The body is nice and solid without rust issue. The underneath has minor surface rust but nothing detrimental. The heater tube was gone when I got it. You could easily weld in a new one. The motor ('72 1600 single port) starts and runs fine thought she's a bit ugly and marks her spot a little. Been garage kept as long as I've owned it.Currently riding on 15" wheels (spare included). I also have a full set of five 14" wheels that'll be included as well as some spare parts and manuals.Overall, a great unrestored driver that catches a TON of attention, hauls loads with ease, and something you'll enjoy for years to come.
