1955 Willys 439 Description

1955 Willy’s Jeep Truck Runs Drives and stops.Solid with no major rust anywhere, the flatbed has easy access channel to slide in bed boards, the rails go with it. The Jeep was used to haul wood from Denver to GJ and has upgraded air shocks rated to 150psi in addition to the standard shocks. The engine is a high horsepower 289 out of a 1966 Mustang that was rebuilt in Longmont and has around 30000 miles on it. 4 barrel 4100 autolight carb with the bigger ports so it has more power than the Jeep needs in my opinion.Clear Colorado TitleTires need replaced and should not be drivin due to dry rot and tread but hold air otherwise. It was running and driving great before being parked for the last 18 years, it should be cleaned up and fresh gas but it still runs.. I was planning to use it for hauling hay but it is too tall.I don’t know a lot about it otherwise but I can try to answer all questions.Sold as is where it is with no refunds or returns so ask questions before bidding pleaseThanks.New pics show the bed wood and rails onI used pine but it is easy to install any choice of wood.
