1980 Chevrolet Camaro drag car street/strip Description

1980 Camaro drag car, could easily be put back on the street if desired. this is sold with a bill of sale only! all its origina vin/cowll tags are in place but its sold with a bill of sale. its been a race car for a long time and the title was lost years ago so don't ask me for a title! bill of sale only!.
just took this on trade and don't know a whole lot about it but here is what i can tell you.
super solid and straight body, paint is in OK condition, its no show car but still looks nice. the car is all steel except for a Harwood pin on lift off hood and lexan door windows. the car was painted top and bottom, very clean undercarriage, sub frame connectors, driveshaft loop, Ford 9" rear end, 4.56 gears and a spool, Strange axles with large studs, 28x10.5 slicks in good shape with lots of meat on them. slapper bars, built th350 trans with 3500 converter and full manual rev valve body (no transbrake) with B&M pro stick shifter, it also has an SFI rated flexplate shield. interior has stock dash housing with full auto meter gauges, removable steering wheel, 12 point TIG welded cage professionally installed with window net and bars that run forward to the front frame. (this chassis will take a LOT more power than whats currently in it). all electronics are mounted on pass floor, MSD ignition box, rev limiter etc. there is a line lock for front wheels and a switch panel mounted on the cage to control everything. there is also a remote starter/ignition panel with gauges mounted in engine bay to make working on the car a breeze. all new front brakes installed, Afco aluminum radiator with electric fan and electric water pump. the fuel system is a cell recessed into the trunk witha fram filter and holley pump mounted in back. the battery is also recessed into the trunk floor and has charge terminals as will as kill switch on the back.
The engine runs great and just had the heads rebuilt, 3 angle valve job, 2.05 valves crane gold roller rockers, ARP head studs. The heads are factory high perf "turbo heads" angle pug, casting number 340292. the intake is a rare Edelbrock Victor 4+4, NOT A VIC JR but is similar. carb is a holley 750 race carb with no choke tower. it has a billet MSD distributor. solid roller camshaft but specs are unknown. unknown what the bottom end is but it does have TRW forged dome top pistons and compression is about 12-1. it has been run on VP race gas. As far as i can tell the engine block is a rare Bowtie block, look at the pic, there are two casting numbers, the 3970010 is a normal 350 block, but the 366245 comes back to a high tin 4 bolt bowtie race block. large tube headers with NO EXHAUST. the car starts right up and idles fine. it has not been raced in a few years and needs someone to enjoy it and use it for what it was intended. I was told its an 11 second car but have no way to verify it. This would need an exhaust and wiring for lights and such if you wanted to put it back on the street, also roll up windows would be a good idea.
