1964 Chevrolet El Camino Custom Description

As El Camino's come of this vintage, this it an extraordinarily decent vehicle, a true survivor. The overall body is in great shape as is the drive train. Some areas of rust but nothing that requires patch panels. This El came with optional features as a tilt wheel, power brakes, and power steering. The previous owner had all the brakes completely redone along with the master cylinder being replaced. Some electrical work is needed to get the turn signals working properly but all other lights work fine. Tires are in great shape and mounted on the throwback aluminum mag wheels. The engine and transmission are fine and it's been a driver for me when I need the utility of a pickup. The leather buckets are not permanently mounted and it also comes with a stock bench seat. This is a matching numbers classic that won't take much to restore to its original glory. One picture shows the qtr panel under repair, another shows most of the paint removed on the original tailgate. No carpet. Comes with untrimmed headliner, an extra dash pad, and window wipes. All trim is there but a couple of pieces would need to be replaced to look better. At my age I've discovered that I just don't have the ability to do the complete restoration I would have liked so it's for sale.
I'll be happy to answer any questions you may have. I HAVE LOWERED THE RESERVE FOR THIS TO SELL THIS WEEKEND!!
