1970 Ford Mustang Convertible Unrestored
1970 Ford Mustang base Description
1970 Ford Mustang Convertible. This car is an unrestored survivor that wears 95% of it's original paint. It has had some minor touch up. The car is 100% unmolested down to it's factory single exhaust. It is equipped with the 302, 2bbl, automatic. The paint is Pastel Blue witha white power top(glass window) and dark blue interior that includes the high back bucket seats and console. It has manual locks and windows. Car is equipped with power steering and manual drum brakes. The paint on the car shows very well. Chrome is all in excellent condition. The top is in excellent condition also. Interior I will call a 9 out of 10 due to one crack in the dash pad near the speaker grill. Mileage on the car is 60,000 miles which is the original miles. The body is rust free. Underside of the car does show just the light surface area rust on suspension items such as leaf springs, control arms, etc. The 302 runs very well. Transmission shifts properly. Suspension in extremely tightfor a 47 year old car. The belts, hoses, shocks have all been recently replaced on the car with correct ford parts. The autolite battery in the car is also brand new. Car will come with an Elite Marti Report. The specific break down from Marti does show the car as a 1 of 1 when broken down by options. It is pictured with both original bias ply tires and hubcaps along with the magnum 500's with new bfg radials. The car will be sold with one set or the other, your choice. The second set can be negotiated separately. I am more than happy to answer any questions and supply any necessary photos. Car is for sale locally also, so I may end auction at any time. I will say that my reserve is set well below the actual asking of the car. I am motivated to get it sold.
