1991 Ford Mustang LX Description

Up for bid, 1991 Ford Mustang lx 5.0 convertible. Very solid rust free car, The body is very straight and Doesn't appear to have ever been painted or touched up.It does have some minor chips and dings (see pics) but shows well and shines up nice. The top is in good condition, It doesn't have any cuts or damage. It has a glass rear window and the power mechanism works great.The interior is in good shape. The doors open and close very nice, The gauges all function like they should. The drivers seat is solid it doesn't have the typical fox body lean, It does have a small cut that could be repaired pretty easy. The power door locks and cruise control both work great.The original radio was replaced with a kenwood cd player,The original 5.0 H.O V8 Runs great and has excellent power, No weird noises or knocking.The borg warner t5 shifts very smooth with no issues, The clutch engages like itshould with no slipping.This mustang is very original other than replacement mufflers /tail pipes and cd player It even comes with the original keys.Its very strong and has a ton of life left in it. 108k miles I do believe this to be the actual mileage basedon the wear of the vehicle. Unmolested fox bodyMustangs are becoming increasingly more difficult to find. This car is 26 years old and has never been restored soThere are a few things that the new ownerwill need toaddress. The rear 1/4 windows are not working, The driversarmrest foam is breaking down, Andthe heater core will probably need changed at some point, (the heat works good just a hint smell of coolant every once in awhile) Overall this is a very solid Mustang.
