1969 Ford Mustang Fastback S Code 4 Speed Restored 2 Engine's done done turn key
1969 Ford Mustang Fastback Description
This Mustang was completely restored 10 years ago. Restoration included new quarter panels, new fenders, torque boxes and paint. All done professionally. This is an original "S" code that came with a 390 big block, 4 Speed and a 9" reared from the factory. The only changes to the drivetrain currently is the motor. The current motor is a 445 ci stroker motor built by Survivor Motorsports (Barry Robotnick) in Michigan. The motor mods include Edelbrock Aluminum heads, Skat stroker kit, diamond pistons, 750 Holley DP and a roller cam. Engine was dynoded at 450hp and 500lb ft torque. All paperwork is included. It has 1" lowering springs front and rear with AR Hopsters and 17" BF Goodrich tires. The hood stinger is painted and the side stripes are decals. Exhaust is cobra jet manifolds and flow master street thunder kit. Radiator is aluminum with duel electric fans and an edelbrock aluminum water pump. The trans is the oringinal with a Centerforce clutch. The oringinal motor is complete except for carb, unmodified and goes with the car.
There are a couple of minor flaws with the vehicle that I want to mention. First, there is a very light scratch in the clear coat on the drivers side door barely visable in the attached pictures. The second is on the passengers side sail panel. There appears to be a ripple in the body where the panel was seamed in. This is not very apparent and I had to really look to find it. You can’t really see it but I tried to get a picture. Lastly the passenger and drivers side windows look in need of adjustment to make them seal correctly against the quarter window.
The vehicle has not been driven more that 50 miles since restoration. Always been in climate controlled storage and never wet. The matching interior is excellent condition with light to no wear. Including humphugger console.
