You can see the photo of me towing a Volkswagen bus, and I averaged 20mpg from Chattanooga to Birmingham, and could barely tell that I was towing anything at all.

I think this van would be perfect for someone that is mechanically inclined and wants a great project vehicle to turn into a very rare customized dream van. It’s not in perfect shape but has excellent bones and a powerful drivetrain to work with.

Exterior The body is in pretty good shape with only a few minor dings. There is some rust up on the gutters where a previous owner had mounted a roof rack that will need attending to. I also have a full size spare that will be included.

InteriorI removed most of the interior panels when I first got this, but I have all the pieces of red trim and the passenger chair. They are not pictured, but will be included with the vanEngine This van has a 5.4l IDI diesel engine whith an added turbo and a Gear Vendors Under/Overdrive unit to add several gears to the transmission.
