1965 Other Makes Spider Description

Innocenti used only the basic running gear of the Austin Healey Sprite in these cars including the engine, transmission, wheels, axles, suspension, brakes and steering. Everything else is of Italian design. Ghia of Turin designed these cars and the bodies were built by the coach builder OSI for Innocenti.
The Innocenti was far more luxurious and stylish than the Austin Healey Sprite with features such as wide doors with exterior handles, winding windows, a lockable boot, interior light, cigarette lighter, ash tray, and a lockable glove box.
This car has new tires on restored wheels, new front turn signal lenses and housings, new rear turn signal lenses, fuse box, and new hub caps.
This car is complete with all of the very hard to find parts such as the convertible top, tonneau cover, rubber flooring, all three Innocenti badges, original air cleaner housing, turn signal lamps, radiator, Magnetti starter and generator, side markers, as well as all of the trim and instruments. It also has the impossible to find and correct OSI Ghia side badges.
All of the glass is in good shape and the engine runs with the wiring for the ignition switch shorted as unfortunately I was not given the key for the ignition switch. The engine is a 1275cc with engine number of 12CC-DA-H 2954
Car has a clear Iowa title in my name.
