1961 Plymouth Valiant Description

You are viewing a 1961 Valiant by Plymouth. This is the rarest of all with only a few hundred ever being built. The car has been in storage since 1990. The metal on this car is very nice including the spare tire well but the passenger floor areas are rusted through and will need replaced. The door pillars are perfect as well as the rock assemblies and shock towers. The subframe is perfect. These had usually thick floormat padding and any poor storage allow them to rust. In other words, the passenger floors are the only rust problem. Although the engine compartment is very complete, the engine is rumored tired. The body is very nice original with only one paint over the original finish. The trim is all very nice including the grille. The glass is perfect with very nice original rubber. The dash appears complete. This car has not been driven for nearly 30 years. The engine was going to be removed and the parts are just put back. This will take some doing to run. The car has a clear California title.I will deliver this car to the overseas shipper in the Los Angeles area for free.
