1968 Pontiac GTO Coupe Description

For sale is a fairly complete 1968 Pontiac GTO. This car is in the usual condition for a project from this part of the country. It is a nicely optioned vehicle. It is a true gto and is PHS supported. This car came with the 350 horse 400 and a 3 sp. manual from the factory. Some of the factory options include AC, PS, AM/FM stereo, rear speaker, power antennae, Headrests (rare), Rally Stripes, Rally two wheels, Hidden headlights, Rally gauges with clock, 3:23 safety trac (posi)and console. The car comes with a 3 sp. manual and for additional cost I have access to several engine options if interested. I believe all of the original body panels can be saved, the doors, deck lid and hood seem to be very solid, fenders have usual rust behind the wheels and some dents but can be repaired. The frame does have some weak spots but I believe it could be repaired. The interior is still in the vehicle, option code for interior on cowl tag is 223S. This was an April Gold car from factory and has never had any work done on the body, other than some spray paint to cover some bare spots. There is no radiator but ac condenser is still in car with power steering pump. The car has JC wheels with 1970s Uniroyal Tiger Paw gr78/14 wheels which appear to be in very good condition (White Walls). I had trouble accessing my picture folder so more pictures to follow. Original rear end is still in car. Other than the engine I believe all of the options listed above are still in/on car. Car has a clean title (was bonded but expired) and also has keys that work with ignition, doors and deck lid. They appear to be the old red/green copies of the originals. I hope I didn't miss anything so feel free to ask questions. The car can be viewed by appointment. Buyer is responsible for shipping/picking up. I would like a $500 paypal deposit after purchase acceptance and balance due before car can be taken. I would prefer cash.
