1958 Porsche 356 Description

Up for Buy it Now or Best reasonable offer is a very nice, solid and authentic 1958 Porsche coupe. This 356 originally was delivered in Germany to a U.S. Serviceman and then, we believe, went back with him to California. This Porsche "A" Coupe is Signal Red (originally Meissen Blue) and is an all matching numbers ( possible exception 52 not 55 on hood?! ) 356 that has spent most of its life in dry California. The engine, transmission and even the working radio are original per the Kardex. 103055 comes with five freshly restored (Bolton) Sudrad wheels dated 158 (car was produced in March) and four Brazilian chrome wheels with Pirelli tires (see photos above). The tires and wheels you see on the car below are NOT included. Authentic "Hella 110" in-body fogs (not on Kardex) are expertly installed. The original and well-running big bore (1700cc) engine is from Steve Schmidt's Honest Engine shop in So. Cal. This 356 has its original German red tip antenna, authentic windshield wipers, Hella shine up license plate light and Porsche OEM bumper horns. Also please note the correct one-year-only Tan Mats with complementary Coco mats. Included are a complete set of correct keys which work in the doors and glove box as they should. In fact, everything works on this car as it should. Included is a correct and complete (except Messko tire gauge) tool kit and Driver's Manual. Actual mileage is estimated at under 100,000. Please see the these video, including a walk around, as well as more than 100 photos. Please send any and all questions and thanks for looking !
