1985 Subaru GL Description

Great little Subaru from a time when things were made to work indefinitely. This car has been my daily driver for the last few months and a fun one at that. Seating is a bit tight for me unfortunately, as I am over six foot. In the movie Cannonball Run Jackie Chan has a Rocket car of the same model, extra cool. Runs and drives well and most things work as they should. Automatic transmission with front wheel drive. Here is a list of the good and bad.
Good: Low miles, Fun to drive, excellent MPG, No timing belt, Easy to work on, Subaru, Kind of fast,
Rare, Cheap parts and it gets more " COOL " comments than any car I have ever owned, among others.
Not so good: Outer CV joints make noise and should be replaced soon, Leaks a few drops of oil, A few mismatched trim pieces, Body is a little rough, could probably use a tune up some day. Radio works sometimes. One tire is no about shot. No muffler, straight piped.
