Plus included will be extra set of rotors, New Strut Mounts Unopened, A-frame set originals, multiple other things like new ac adapter socket, new/used air control unit, Orig Rag top with orig boot. Top has small tare on each side, not rotted but cut,...Shown in photos. Headliner is white leather and its dirty, it is tight and set throughout front interior but is loose in the back in trunk area, does not obstruct view or flap around but should be tacked up. It has been that way since i got the car and i just have never messed with it.
Is the car absolutely perfect without a single flaw,...No.
Functionally the motor purrs, idles beautifully, cranks without hesitation everytime, no skips knocks or pings. However when the car idles too long fuel builds up and does not burn off and the car will bog out. Wait 5 minutes crank it up and go again. When the car runs freely without extended idle there are no problems. I have tested this many times and i personally know how to manage the situation and what to do but my daughter does not. This problem is one of 3 things, issue with vacuum system, Fuel Distributor System is not dialed in correctly, or there is a issue with one of the fuel injectors.....
The car does leak a little bit of oil and needs a new valve cover but does not burn oil, or smoke even the slightest.
Cosmetically,...I mentioned Top has a small cut almost in the same place on both sides behind the door which can be seen in photos, honestly have no knowledge of vinyl tops but i do know vinyl can be repaired and if so i would suspect this to be a prime candidate as it is obvious the material is strong and in good condition not dry rotted. Previous owner kept the car garaged and has been garage kept at my home as well.
Small dent passenger side rear above tail light. Shown in photos.
Interior has original carpet and in good shape but does need to be tacked down but only at the door runner. Overall the interior is original and in better than reasonable shape,...show of age in different ways in different places. Zero cracks in the dash but clove box door could be recovered or replaced for a better look.
That being said, please do not knit pick me on basic issues which pertain to the age of the car. This is a 30 yr old car, and that is the beauty here. It is a classic car highly desired by enthusiast and average consumer alike.
